Grand Promenade
Presentation says so much.  Consider featuring a family of cakes such as these formal, white chocolate rolled fondant-covered cakes on free-standing pedestals.  The look creates a truly grand feeling.  A wide range of cake options is possible, but don’t limit your thinking to traditionally finishes!  Consider presenting an assortment of cakes, tortes and/or tarts to give your guests a selection like they’ve never seen!

Nostalgia
With hints of Victorian style our Nostalgia design evokes warmth and grace with delicate detailing on our white chocolate rolled fondant. An optional monogram nicely personalizes this cake.   We recommend either apricot or white chocolate ganache filling to complete the tradition of our Nostalgia design.

Serenity Lake Lace
This cake can be sized to serve 50 to 300 guests and it will never loose its air of peace and timelessness.  Finished with our ultra-thin white chocolate fondant.

Swiss Dots
While our Swiss Dots pattern is appropriate and attractive on any size cake it portrays its greatest grace on smaller cakes for 50-75 guests.

Buttercream Elegance
No cake demonstrates the beauty of simplicity more than this cake.  Skillfully finished with smooth buttercream and accented with crisp, straight edges and fresh flowers.  This cake, as shown, can serve up to 300 guests.  Buttercream Elegance can be sized for smaller groups as well. 

Valentine Cake
Chocolate rolled fondant accented with chocolate covered strawberries and red roses add drama and sophistication to one of our best loved cake designs.  Under the chocolate fondant you’ll find a coating of our delicious chocolate buttercream, made with European dark chocolate, and our yellow sponge cake filled with three layers of the buttercream and a touch of chocolate ganache.  Lovely!  Serves about 130 people.

Snow Queen's Dream
This is our version of a “white” wedding cake packaged in stunning beauty.  Snow Queen's Dream is finished with white chocolate shavings and an optional topper of exploding white chocolate curls.  You’ll find three layers of white chocolate ganache inside every tier of this cake.

Tiramisu
All the textures and flavors of Italy’s famous “little pick-me-up” dessert presented as a striking wedding cake.  Easily sized to serve from 100-300 guests.  Made with mocha flavored mascarpone-based filling and melt-in-your mouth chiffon cake soaked with espresso syrup.  Each tier is finished with European chocolate shavings.

Rectangle & Swag
An amazing cake design that has a presence and degree of versatility like no other!  The look of this cake seems to work no matter where you put it.  It’s particularly striking with fresh flowers to match the season or the bridal bouquet.  Fresh fruit looks good, too!  This cake is available in one size to serve about 130 people.  If more serving are needed we can make additional cake that can be served directly from the kitchen.

Hexagon 
The simple and graceful lines of our Hexagon cake say it all. Beauty in its purest form.  This design, as shown, can serve about 170 guests.  It can be modified to serve fewer people.

Intimate
Beautiful design comes in all sizes.  Our Intimate Cake is available in several sizes to serve smaller groups.  Like so many of our cakes, fresh flowers, fruit, shaved white chocolate and other finishes are great ways to add the final touch.

Glorious Lace
Fine detailed lace decorating on white chocolate rolled fondant ensures there is no doubt the day is a special one.  This pattern beautifully dresses up this square cake for about 40 people and it’s stunning when we use it to finish a sheetcake, too.  The pattern can be added to round cakes as well.

At Alpha Delights rolled fondant is always a plus: It adds beauty, flavor and texture without any downsides. Its white chocolate base provides added flavor, not sweetness. And, the white chocolate makes the texture more pleasing in your mouth. Lastly, our skilled artistic staff applies the rolled fondant to cakes only after it has been rolled to an ultra thin consistency.

Lotz a Dotz
A floral display certainly adds beauty to this cake, but the precisely positioned dots and carefully crafted satin finished fondant bands make Lots a Dotz a spectacular cake in its own right.  Fabric ribbons to match your color scheme can easily replace the fondant bands.  This design can be scaled to fit your needs and the silver stand can be rented.

Package Cake

Whimsy and elegance wrapped up in one package!  Ideal for serving up to 175 guests, the Package Cake combines simple design elements and a graceful bow and ribbon made of white chocolate rolled fondant.  The cake, which is coated in our buttercream than finished with the white chocolate rolled fondant, can also be created as a 4-tier cake that can serve up to 270 guests. For smaller groups, the Package Cake concept can be done with 2 tiers, too.

Grand Gretchen
The ultimate in striking cakes!  While the interior of this cake could be a traditional cake, we recommend wrapping the soft bands of ladyfinger cake around layers of our raspberry Bavarian cream cake made with raspberry puree to ensure a true, fresh raspberry flavor.  Delicious, light and pure – with flavor and texture that provides a great finish to your wedding meal.
The number of tiers of this cake can be scaled to accommodate groups of 40-300.  The assortment of fruit on top will vary with the seasons.

Picket Fence
Make a statement with our Picket Fence Cake and have fun deciding whether to put the picket fence around fields of lush flowers, seasonal greenery or fresh fruits.  The ladyfinger cookie “pickets” provide a nice textural and taste contrast to the interior cake, offer a stunning look and provide a cutting guide for the person cutting the cake!  While many of our fillings work with this cake we recommend our orangesicle filling! 
Picket Fence cakes can be made to serve groups of any size.  They are particularly dramatic eye-catchers when sized for groups of 250 or more.

Tuxedo Cake
A daring formal look that will get your guests talking about good looks and great taste!  Inside you’ll see the dramatic appearance of yellow sponge cake layered with chocolate Swiss buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.  The interior look and flavor provide a balanced counterpoint to the boldness of the exterior dipped ladyfinger cookies.  Bow toppers and ribbons wrapped around each tier offer attractive color accents. 

Free Spirit
A combination of design elements – textured buttercream sides, a fondant top and white chocolate toppers – conspire to give this design its true stylish sense of freedom. There’s no limit to the size and number of cakes that can be combined to show your Free Spirit.

Wedgewood
Color and artistically crafted floral features present an attractive and distinguished alternative wedding cake design.  While we recommend Wedgewood blue on a square cake, the design is versatile enough to work well on round cakes and in other colors.

Princess Cake
Perfect for home and intimate celebrations, the Princess cake honors the look of traditional wedding cakes while reflecting the style preferences of today. The topper bow, made of the same white chocolate rolled fondant that covers the entire cake, eliminates the need to purchase a cake topper. The cake is sized to serve about 70 people. We recommend different design combinations for larger or smaller options.
