| Buttercream All our Custom Cakes are finished with our Swiss Buttercream. For some cakes, this shiny finish—in either vanilla or dark chocolate--is the perfect look. Fondant For others, we can apply a thin layer of our rolled fondant over the buttercream. The fondant finish’s soft, matte look gives the cake a more elegant, special look. Our rolled fondant is made with a white chocolate, dark chocolate or caramel base. Crystal For a festive look, the shimmering crystal cake finishes, with an ivory or hot color base is just the ticket. |
