We use classical European baking methods to produce pastry with an exquisite taste, texture and look. And, our bakery/cafe follows the style of Greek tarvanas where food is carefully prepared in simple ways to bring out the wonderful flavors stored within natural ingredients and is still served fast and elegantly.
