Wedding Anniversary Cake

"This greeting is to extend our sincere thanks to you and your staff for a fabulous “cake experience” at the celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary on June 9th. It was a pleasure working with you on the design idea (although you have so many outstanding designs to select from) - and then seeing the beautiful artistic creation we picked up the morning of our party!

Alpha Delights did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more pleased that we went with your recommendation of raspberry/lemon filling – I have never seen a special occasion cake that was as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside! We achieved the hoped-for results; compliments from our guests on the visual appearance, and even more praise on the incredible taste and texture of the cake. Even the waitresses commented that they’d never had cake so delicious! Here is a portion of an email I received the evening after our celebration from my sister-in-law, Judy Wolf, from Minnesota:
