Bold, contemporary detailing and bow topper project a confident attitude about your wedding. The displayed cake serves about 250 people. A three-tier version will serve about 150 guests. This look is created with our white chocolate rolled fondant thinly draped over a buttercream finished cake.
Grand Gretchen
The ultimate in striking cakes! While the interior of this cake could be a traditional cake, we recommend wrapping the soft bands of ladyfinger cake around layers of our raspberry Bavarian cream cake made with raspberry puree to ensure a true, fresh raspberry flavor. Delicious, light and pure – with flavor and texture that provides a great finish to your wedding meal.
The number of tiers of this cake can be scaled to accommodate groups of 40-300. The assortment of fruit on top will vary with the seasons.
Picket Fence
Make a statement with our Picket Fence Cake and have fun deciding whether to put the picket fence around fields of lush flowers, seasonal greenery or fresh fruits. The ladyfinger cookie “pickets” provide a nice textural and taste contrast to the interior cake, offer a stunning look and provide a cutting guide for the person cutting the cake! While many of our fillings work with this cake we recommend our orangesicle filling!

Tuxedo Cake

Inside you’ll see the dramatic appearance of yellow sponge cake layered with chocolate Swiss buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. The interior look and flavor provide a balanced counterpoint to the boldness of the exterior dipped ladyfinger cookies. Bow toppers and ribbons wrapped around each tier offer attractive color accents.
Princess Cake
Perfect for home and intimate celebrations, the Princess cake honors the look of traditional wedding cakes while reflecting the style preferences of today. The topper bow, made of the same white chocolate rolled fondant that covers the entire cake, eliminates the need to purchase a cake topper. The cake is sized to serve about 70 people. We recommend different design combinations for larger or smaller options.

All the textures and flavors of Italy's famous "Little pick-me-up" dessert presented as a striking wedding cake. Easily sized to serve from 100-300 guests. Made with mocha flavored mascarpone-based filling and melt-in-your mouth chiffon cake soaked with espresso syrup. Each tier is finished with European chocolate shavings.
Buttercream Elegance
No cake demonstrates the beauty of simplicity more than this cake. Skillfully finished with smooth buttercream and accented with crisp, straight edges and fresh flowers. This cake, as shown, can serve up to 300 guests. Buttercream Elegance can be sized for smaller groups as well.
Garden Party
A great way to carry out a garden party theme or to introduce brilliant color to your wedding reception. The fondant flower design works particularly well with a hexagon shaped cake. This cake serves 170 guests.
