Gras Party Pack--$12 per person
For groups of ten or more. Includes:
Crawfish pinwheels, jambalaya, Black Bean Salad, Bread
Pudding w/sauce, & a set of beads for everyone.
One day advance notice. We, of course, recommend ordering
a King Cake, too!
- Crawfish Pinwheels--$17
(2 doz.)
Intended as a light appetizer. One day lead time for
orders.
- Jambalaya--$9 quart
A quart will serve
2-3 people as a main course, 5-6 if used as a side.
The dish is rich in Creole flavor!.Chicken, andouille
sausage, celery, green peppers and onions mixed with
rice and classic creole seasoning. Available for pick
up through Fat Tuesday. Advance orders not necessary,
but appreciated.
- Gumbo--$12

Gumbo is somewhere
between a stew and a soup that is served over rice.
It can have most anything in it. Creole gumbo typically
is shellfish oriented, Cajun is more chicken & sausage
oriented. Our gumbo combines the flavor and traditions
of Creole and Cajun versions by including shrimp,
sausage and chicken. Please order in advance.
- Black Bean Salad--Two sizes:

Mixed greens
with black beans, corn, tomatoes and our avocado dressing.
- Bourbon
St.. Bread Pudding--$5.95
Available through Fat Tuesday.
