1) Counter/Waitstaff Specialist -- Filled

Full-time position--looking for someone who aspires to be the lead "front of the house" person with managerial responsibilities

Primary duties iclude:
* Providing great hospitality
* Providing counter/tableside and order-taking services to breakfast, lunch and bakery customers
* Taking care of duties unique to opening and shutting down the front-of-the-house
*Consulting with customers regarding their catering and bakery needs
* Ensuring orders are accurately taken & filled, and that products are properly stocked

Requirements:
* A commitment to deliver top quality customer service
* High personal standards for quality, thoroughness and preparation
* Strong personal integrity, initiative and ability to self-direct
* Saturday availability

2) Cake Decorator/Pastry Chef--- Potential Part-Time Opportunity for Right Person

Looking for an artistic, versatile person to design and decorate cakes, including wedding cakes; and make a variety of assorted bakery and pastry products. Professional cake decorating experience and working knowledge of baking principles desired. Ideal candidate will have an art background and be very attentive to details.

3) Catering and Special Orders Sales Specialist--Part Time Position Open

The person for this exciting new position will be the primary sales person for special bakery and catering orders, and will serve as the counter sales staff manager.
Traits we're looking for include: Ability and desire to quickly learn our product line, a team spirit, and strong organizational & communications skills with good attention to details.
Experience in the food, catering and hospitaltiy business preferred.
Base schedule for this full-time position is mostly days and includes Saturdays, and occasional evenings for special events.

3) Counter/Waitstaff Specialist -- Part-time Position

Saturdays only option available (7am-4pm). Also looking for people with flexible schedules.

4)Dishwasher/Cleaner-Part Time -- Positions Filled

Ideal for high school students who will also be available after school in the fall. Base schedule is 3:30-6:30pm 2-3 nights a week, plus most Saturdays. Also available: 3:30-9:00 cpm shift Tues. & Wed.

5)) Cafe & Bakery Assistants --- Positions Filled

These are new positions for people who loves working with food, wants to learn, are organized and have a high personal standard for quality. Extremely varied responsibilities that include both cafe and bakery work. Successful candidates will become members of two new late afternoon/evening teams. Core hours: 3:00pm-8:30pm, Tues. & Wed. 6) Cafe & Catering Prep Cook/Chef --- Position Filled
Looking for an organized person with high personal standards who loves working with food to be responsible for filling catering orders and assisting the chef with general menu food prep. Core hours: 6:45am-11am, Mon. - Sat. Potential for greatly expanded hours now through Christmas. Qualifications: Kitchen/culinary experience highly desireable, but not mandatory. A passion for working with food and producting top quality products is mandatory.
