1) Associate Chef
This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a two+-person chef team responsible for all aspects of running our café. This includes lunch, breakfast and afternoon small plate service, catering, prep work, and assisting our bakery team as needed. The standard 5-day workweek for this daytime position is Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3pm. We are closed Sundays & Holiday. We are looking for someone with solid food skills and knowledge who can competently, consistently and proficiently deliver high quality food to our customers. Our menu changes weekly and features Greek & Mediterranean dishes, Updated American Comfort food, Sandwiches, Salads and Soups. 2) Dishwasher/Prep Cook
We are looking to find a kitchen “go to” person who can keep our kitchen running smoothly by making sure numerous food prep responsibilities are taken care of and that all the kitchen tools, equipment and dishes we need are ready to use and in their proper place. The work is varied and fast paced. The standard schedule for this full-time position is Tuesday-Saturday (Tues. 8am-4:30; Wed.-Fri. 9am-6pm; Sat. 9am-4:30pm). The ideal candidate works well independently, is flexible and able to organize work, has high personal standards, loves the pace of a professional kitchen and has a calm demeanor. 3) Counter/Waitstaff Server with Assistant Manager Possibilities
We're looking for a reliable self-directed morning person who loves great interactions with people, providing hospitality and service, and is energized by the opportunity to sell delicious foods! There's great variety in this job, which includes all activities related to presenting, selling and serving our cafe, catering, bakery, and beverage products. Attention to detail, good organizational ability and personal integrity are critical to success in this position. The core work shift is 7:00am-2:30 Tuesday-Saturday. 4) Dishwasher / Cleaner
3:30-6:00pm three or four days a week plus some Saturdays 10:00am-4:30pm. (This part-time position is a perfect "after school" job or second job add-on!)

5) Cake Decorator--- Always Interested!
We are always looking for an artistic creative person to design and decorate special occasion and wedding cakes, and to assemble our standard cakes and desserts. A general knowledge of food, baking and decorating techniques highly desired. We seekpeople who excel at organization and meeting deadlines, who are comfortable working independently and enjoy collaborating. The work week is typically Tuesday-Saturday.
