Table cakes are designed to serve 8-10 guests. Our custom table cakes are made with the same techniques, flavor options and care as our traditional wedding cakes.
Typically, our table cakes are finished with buttercream and fondant, or just buttercream.
Buttercream & Fondant Finishes
There are subtle but significant differences between cakes finished with only buttercream and those finished with rolled fondant. Both styles are beautiful and look wonderful plain, or decorated with fresh flowers, fruit or ribbons.
Cakes finished with our white chocolate-based fondant have a smooth, matte appearance, and a coat of buttercream underneath the thin layer of fondant.
Cakes finished in just buttercream generally have crisper edges and a slightly glossy look. A full range of flavors is available for both styles of cake.
