Entrees -
French Meat Pie
Freezer to oven!
Place pie on a baking sheet. Bake @ 425-degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350-degrees and continue baking for about 60 minutes more.
(Note: Loosely place a piece of foil over the pie if you notice excessive browning.)
Leek & Cheese Pie
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Transfer Pie from cardboard to appropriate plate or pan.
To heat in microwave: Heat the whole pie or individual piece at medium heat level.
To warm whole pie in oven: Place in 325° oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Serving suggestion: Squeeze a slice of fresh lemon, add a drizzle of Kalamata olive oil and sprinkle a little Greek oregano on each slice.
Meatloaf
Thaw overnight.
Slice cold and microwave slices.
Or, place entire thawed meatloaf in 325-degree oven for about 1 hour, or until desired temperature.
Spanikopita (entree)
Freezer to oven—Loosen foil cover, but leave it on top of the spanikopita. Bake at 350° for about
1½ hrs. Remove foil cover and continue baking another 30-45 minutes, or until golden colored.
Thawed to oven—Place in oven, loosely covered with foil, and bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Remove foil cover and continue baking another
30-40 minutes, or until top is golden colored.
Pastitsio & Moussaka
Freezer to oven--Place in oven with foil loosely over the top of the food. Bake @ 425-degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350-degrees and continue baking for about another 1½+ hrs. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of bake time.
Thawed to oven—Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350-degrees, with foil loosely over the top, for about 1 ¼ hrs. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Quiche
Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Place in 325° oven for about 30 minutes to reheat.
Loosely cover with foil.

Chicken Pot Pie / Stuffed Pepper / Pastitsio
From Freezer to Microwave. (1 serving)
Loosen the cover.
Defrost cycle for approximately 7 minutes.
Continue in microwave on High
for approximately 7 more minutes.
(Times vary depending on microwave power.)
