How far in advance should you book?

Conventional wisdon suggests booking your wedding cake 4-6 months in advance.

At Alpha Delights, we suggest you research bakeries earlier than that and book as soon as you find a bakery in which you feel confident. When you book with Alpha delights you don't need to have all the details about your cake figured out. We will work out the details to fit your timeline.

What's the process for working with us?

1) We strongly encourage you to come into our Green Bay area shop to get a general feel of who we are and what we do (and maybe have lunch or breakfast, too!). We recommend scheduling a personal consultation with Mary Pappas. Consultations usually last 30-40 minutes. If you live outside of Northeast Wisconsin and getting to our De Pere store is challenging, we will gladly work with you over the phone and/or electronically.

2) Book with us by making a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable "save the date" deposit. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your cake.

3) Work out the details on a schedule that's customized to fit your needs. We welcome your ideas and invite you to bring photos of cakes you like.

4) Review all details and arrange for payment about two weeks before the wedding. From here Alpha Delights will take care of everything, including coordination, delivery and proper set up.

5) Enjoy the cake on your wedding day!


Delivery.

Generally we will deliver anywhere within a 150 mile radius.  If you need a cake outside of this range, please talk with us about we can accommodate your needs.
